I haven't looked at enough presses' submission guidelines to give a knowledgeable opinion, but from what I've seen so far, most of them don't mention the matter in the first place. I know for sure that the last journal I submitted to wanted to know the total count, notes and all.<br /><br />And I don't have papers to grade, just tests.
